History:
The property was originally built in 1982 by the Park family that had
sold the Waste Disposal business in
Boise
,
Idaho
. The father built “Murt’s House
for himself and the other wings were designed and built for his son’s
families. They only lived there for
several years before they moved to
Arizona
to help in Murt’s brother’s business when his brother became ill.
After they left the property was put on the market and was rented out to
individuals so as to keep it occupied. The
property had very little maintenance until
Milton
and Mikell Rich purchased it in 2003. Since
that time it has been a full time project for the Rich’s and they have devoted
a great deal of time and energy restoring and improving the property.
Due to changes in circumstances as of June of 2006 it has become
necessary for the Rich’s to liquidate this choice piece of property.
